CONTRIBUTORS
Our team is a collaboration among civic actors from non-profit organizations, state agencies that play key roles in disaster preparation, response, and recovery in West Virginia, along with researchers from the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry (ESF) and West Virginia University (WVU). We combine expertise in disaster risk assessment, community planning, social science, legal studies, and geographic information system (GIS), with extensive experience working with flood-prone communities across the state.
